You did it! Congratulations on the successful sale or purchase of your home. To assist with the transition into your new home, here are a few tips for moving;

• If you are using a Moving Company, be sure to specify insurances and what is covered.
• Notify the Post Office of change of address.
• Send friends and family change of address cards.
• Notify charge accounts and credit cards.
• Notify subscriptions several weeks in advance.
• Notify insurance company of change. Health, life, auto.
• Change auto registrations and/or drivers licenses.
• Notify utilities of last day of service. Have deposits refunded.
• Transfer bank funds.
• Transfer school records.
• Transfer medical and dental records.
• Don't forget the pets! Transfer any records. Check on any local vaccination requirements.
